Contract manufacturing
For anyone launching cosmetic products under their own brand, we manage the project from formula to delivery. Production takes place at the facility of our group company The Fine Cosmetic. The process has seven steps, and we ask for your approval at each one.
Introductory meeting
We discuss your project, business plan, packaging, target price and timeline, and agree on stability and testing needs.
Product design
We prepare the product design, print-ready artwork and technical drawings for your approval.
Formulation
We develop the formula to your brief and produce a reference sample for your approval.
Packaging design
We select the packaging together and complete its design.
Permits and quality standards
We prepare everything needed for production to follow legal requirements and quality standards.
Testing and documentation
We arrange dermatological, microbiological and other required tests, and prepare certificates and the safety data sheet.
Production and delivery
Once preparation and quality checks are complete, your product is manufactured at the facility of our group company The Fine Cosmetic and delivered to you.

Can I bring my own formula?
If you have a formula, we review it with you. If not, we develop one to your brief and produce a reference sample for approval.
What is your minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product, packaging and filling method. We give you the exact figure for your product at the introductory meeting.
How long does the process take?
It depends on whether the formula and packaging are ready and on testing times. We set the timeline together at the first meeting.
Which tests are carried out?
Dermatological and microbiological tests of the formula, plus any others the product requires. Certificates and the safety data sheet are prepared.
Is my product information kept confidential?
Yes. Formula, design and business plan information is shared only with the team working on your project.
